The Sims 4 video game for PC version. If you have errors like: sporadic crashes, or crash on loading level or when exit to main menu, then you need to:
Be sure that you do this :
1. Scan your operating system and fix errors with this.
2. Download and install these gaming prerequisites.
3. Download and install this (game framework and directx)
4. If by doing all these, The Sims 4 still crashing on level loading, try to uninstall game with this tool.
Then install The Sims 4 video game again...normaly.
