Now if you have your system updated, you can try manual way to fix this
1. Run cmd.bat from downloaded pack or type cmd in search box and type this :
regsvr32 /u d3dcompiler_46.dll
then type this:
regsvr32 /i d3dcompiler_46.dll
Now restart your laptop or PC and it is Done.
Now d3dcompiler_46.dll will be fixed !!
Otherwise, open cmd again and type : sfc /scannow and wait for a while, then windows will fix this automaticaly.
